“Orig. window for arrival 1-3:00 pm. I called and was told 4:00. Then received a call Changed to 5;30. Arrived 6:30. Almost dark. Stain is still in passenger front seat. No picture of this seat was included. I could not view results with car overhead light. I told tech the 10% tip reflected a lost afternoon waiting for him. Not happy with stain (a drink spilled almost completely ). Surely it can be removed with cleaning solution.”
