“My scheduled service was supposed to take an average of 2 hours. It was completed in just over an hour. On the service this is great and initial inspection of the car looked good. However after a much closer inspection I noticed several spots missed. I also noticed a crack in my tail fin. To my knowledge this was not there prior. It also surprises me that if the detailer is doing an exceptional job he would have noticed the crack and pointed it out. This was a very frustrating experience.”

“This is my wives car and I wanted to surprise her. She is going to visit family and I wanted her car detailed. To my surprise, I had to get out the detail spray and remove water marks, I don't think wax was ever applied in those area's. As I was removing the water marks, I noticed the none of the chrome on the back end of the car had not been touched. It was as dirty as before the washing. None of the exhaust chrome tips were done, so I had to do it myself. I kept noticing that the guy performing the work would lay down the brush he was washing the car with, bush side down on the driveway... that is an absolute NO,NO. In the description of the service I purchased, it specifically say Clay Bar treatment. The service guy told me it did not need it. I don't care what he thought, I wanted what I was paying for. I have detail my cars for years, clay your car twice a years will keep all contaminates in check, whether them are not. Still it was part of the service. interior was done well. ”
