“I received a notification that my service was complete before it was actually completed - the basic car wash took another hour or so from the time I received the notification. I selected cash payment but my card was still charged for the service. Fortunately, the error was corrected promptly when I called in to ask about the credit card charge. ”

“The soap was still all over the front tires. I realize it was drizzling the morning that the car was detailed but expected something like that to not go unnoticed. I have all weather mags in my vehicle the driver side mat was placed back into my car with the mat over the gas pedal. Got in my car and did not think to look at my pedals. Backed out like normal, however when I was pulling out onto the main road, I let my foot off the brake pedal (not touching the gas) my car immediately went forward quickly almost wrecking into the car in front of me. The weight of the mat was putting enough weight on the gas pedal and almost caused me to wreck into another car. I'm sure this was an innocent over look but one that could have been costly to me and another driver. This is the reason for my review. I'm not one to leave a negative review but perhaps me saying something will prevent this from happening to someone else.”
