“Technician was not able to remove tar spots in 4 areas of the body of the car- stated if he tried it would remove the paint - I thought car detailing techs should be able to handle this . Also technician was not able to remove dirt from one of the wheel caps stated it was due to finish damage of the chrome ?? Not expecting to repair a grazed finish but surely dirt could have been removed. Finally , my package included wax finish - technician used a high quality spray and wash and said it was equal to applying wax !! Please clarify if the service provided is acceptable for the package that I paid for .”
