“the trunk was still a bit sandy. The door jams were not even touched. The floor mats were not cleaned. the sun visors were not touched. There was red lint left on my steering wheal and a few pieces of dirt on the exterior of the car that I was able to scrape off with my fingernail, not sure how it didn't come off when they cleaned it. ”

“The work done was just ok. It was expensive and basically a glorified carwash. Nothing special and they didn't vacuum the trunk out and the windows were still dirty with smears on the rear window.”

“Honestly the overall cleaning of the car was fine. It was the fact that my appointment was between 1 and 2 and they arrived at 6:15. They completely ran my car out of gas. I mean, I didn't have enough to turn the engine over at all. And my phone mount was broken. And I was not told until I found it after they left. ”
