“I believe the tech did his best, but I was not happy with the result. I did get a detailed explanation but was really hoping for a better outcome. Inside looks amazing. Didn’t like being prompted for a tip after such an expensive job. Would be nice if you removed that prompt from your payment app. It’s embarrassing to not tip after that comes up. ”
