“My scheduled time was between 8am & 11am. I received an email and text at 9:27 saying the technician had arrived, yet no one was in sight. At 9:53 the technician pulled in front of the driveway next door and stayed there for 10 minutes before I finally called to him.
He spoke extremely limited english and had to speak with the supervisor on speakerphone to establish what was to be done.
However, the technician worked very hard in the sun and did an excellent job. ”

“I wish he would have told me because of my pet dander it would be 110 more. He just added it and didnt explain that part. This was my first time using you all. He did a good job cleaning but it was too expensive for what it was- I didnt even get the outside cleaned. I will not use your company again due to this- but Aaron did a thorough job. ”
