“Was surprise to see that such professional clean and shine could be done on my Bike with out the use of tons of water. “I was on a call when Detailer finished so I did not inspect the vehicles until this morning. Neither vehicles’ trunks were vacuumed properly. The 2016 interior was not done well—storage spaces were not vacuumed and not wiped. Armor All on dash was not complete. In addition, Detailer failed to clean engine compartment on 2012 Civic until I reminded him to do it. Exterior on 2012 was outstanding! In addition, Detailer did an outstanding job cleaning the upholstery on the 2012. But, exterior on 2016 had missing spots on rear of car. Overall, I was not pleased for the amount of money I spent for the service.”
