“The tech did a nice job. He was thorough, polite and knowledgeable.
The pre-service--live chat about spot removal, texts with time window updates, was all very good.
A couple of suggestions--the website and the choices of packages is not clear. There are so many options that it is hard to discern what to choose. I just saw that there is a package that is more comprehensive than the Platinum package that I chose. I would have chosen the Titanium if I had seen that it was available. Maybe have an option for customers to answer a questonniare about what they want/need done that will narrow down the choices?
Also let folks know that, although they will have a 3 hour window, that they will get text/email updates starting an hour before the tech's arrival that will narrow down the window. I was pleasantly surprised that I got a text at the beginning of my window telling me that the tech would arrive in an hour. ”
