“The actual service was very very good, however the administrative service was not satisfactory as I had to make several phone calls to verify the appointment and when the designated time for them to arrive came and went I again called to find out what happened and when they would arrive. I was informed they running about 3.5 hours late and someone would call me back at 2:30 to advised if they would be arriving at 3:30, however no phone call came. Instead at aprox 3:40 I received a call from Fabio (i believe) requesting info on my whereabouts and I successfully guided him to my residence. My next issue is with my receipt as it does not reflect the tax amount I paid on my credit card along with the 285 dollars. The Fabio (?) and his compatriot were friendly, helpful and professional.”

“Their detailing tech showed up and got to work right away detailing the RV, he was a very hard worker and did an excellent job on the detailing. I would recommend this company for any detailing job to be done.”

“Absolutely NO attention to detail. I don't ever hire a detailer for my vehicles but this was a vomit situation and I didn't want to see or smell it. So I bought the interior only package to handle it and even paid a stupid surcharge for the bio-waste. Again, absolutely no attention to detail and apparently no communication between the detailers and this site. If I knew this job would have been done this way, I wouldn't have hired anyone at all. Half-ass vacuum job. "Spot jobs" were unnoticed until I intervened and said something. The dash went untouched along with the center console. I opened the trunk and the 4 doors to the vehicle to give them the access they needed and they immediately closed the truck and it went untouched. Very very rushed, bad attitude, and complained about everything. Sooo much more wrong to say about this job. I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. ”
