“I had my car detailed last week. The job was wonderful. The technician was thorough and did a great job. My only disappointment was that I was given an arrival window of 0830-1130. I responded back with a specific request to please have it be closer to 0830 as I had plans for later in the day. I got no response. The morning of my appt, I received a text stating the technician would be there at 0930. Then a little while later I received another text stating he would be there at 1030. I had to leave for the airport at 0130pm so this cut it close. Other than that issue, I was very satisfied. ”
