“This job was horrendous, My car is only 9 months old and it looked better prior to the detailing. There are streaks all over the vehicle and places where a spray was applied ,not cleaned and buffed.The windows not entirely cleaned.The door jambs left as dirty.Around the windshield wipers left dirty.wax left on the body and mirrors. Several people accompanied Zac that he said did not know what they were doing.Garbage was left on my stairs including a headrest ??? When I called Zac to inform him of this...He said Well my car broke down throw it away. Why leave on my stairs .My husband tripped over it. Horrendous experience ”

“Rick went above and beyond. I underestimated the amount of time and effort it would take to remove whatever was on my daughter's car. He took a long time, didn't ask for a higher price ( which he deserved) and the car was spotless when he was done ”

“The two gentlemen that showed up were late by about 45mins. After they told me why I understood their delay. They had T-Mobil as their GPS System. It doesn't work well in this area.
Other than that they both did a great job considering it rained here just before they were finished. I had to move the car in the garage for them to finish. Have yet to view their end result, but I'm sure it will be fine. Will advise later tomorrow if not.
Your two workers I have to say were quit pleasant to deal & work with. Kudos to them and would like to have them back for my other car that needs TLC.
