“1. Service tech was 90 minutes late, and didn’t hv all the equipment he wld need to do the job.
2. Projected “window” for work was 9-11 am, but service tech — who was on his phone much of the time — didn’t finish and free up my car for my use until after 5 p.m.
3. Despite comments 1-2, above, I tipped the tech $40 cash, but then discovered that he had “missed” some of the spots needing attn, and had lowered tail gate of Tacoma onto rear bumper, scratching exterior of tail gate….”
