“Tony did a decent job for which I tipped him. However, the next day, I noticed things that weren't done as missed side rear passenger window was wiped outside but not in. He and I discussed during inspection after he was done why the weather stripping inside all doors was not clean of dirt in the grooves. He said that his equipment broke. I mentioned that I would suggest cleaning them with a rag which he did, The shampooed interior seats especially he did a very good job on. I noticed him taking a picture of my VIN and asked why? Says it is something that they do in case people complain of a poor job. That I thought was not cool and said to him, you need to tell customers that you're going to do that. I booked 8-10, but he arrived around 1030. Says his company is always taking jobs in San Francisco but they're out of Fremont. ”
