“My scheduled service was supposed to take an average of 2 hours. It was completed in just over an hour. On the service this is great and initial inspection of the car looked good. However after a much closer inspection I noticed several spots missed. I also noticed a crack in my tail fin. To my knowledge this was not there prior. It also surprises me that if the detailer is doing an exceptional job he would have noticed the crack and pointed it out. This was a very frustrating experience.”

“I'm sorry I forgot the gentlemen's name but he was very kind and courteous. He did a great job on my wife's car. She was very pleased as well. When we get it detailed again, I hope we can get him back.”
