“There were not enough crew to work the number of cars specified would be there. lost 5 customers. No electronic swipe to pay for services. Some services listed in the packages could not be fulfilled so discounts had to be provided. Crew arrived at 9am.”

“I at first gave a 5 until I noticed that the detailer didn't shampoo the back flatbed carpet and left a big coffee stain. He didn't even attempt to try to remove spot. So that wasn't good. I will try to get stain off myself :(”
