“The provider never let me know he was finished so I could review his work - he just left. The work was unsatisfactory: There were water streaks on body panels; buffing compound clumps on the fender; bird poop flecks were left over; all four wheels were sprayed with a liquid that wasn’t wiped off; the front and back mats were vacuumed but not shampooed, which I paid for; the trunk carpet wasn’t touched at all. ”
