“Anthony was late multiple times and canceled at least 4 times. After taking time off of work for the appointment he canceled and rescheduled for Saturday. Saturday I waited around for 4 hours after the scheduled time which then took him another 4 hours to detail one car. He rescheduled for Sunday morning which he did not arrive until the afternoon again. He detailed my truck but in the process dinged the door and chipped the paint. First he stayed he didn’t do it and then admitted to it later. He offered to fix it but canceled on our appointment another 3 times then showed up late almost 8 hours from the scheduled time. Over all I am very displeased with the work he did, his attitude with the accident with the door, and his unpunctual timeliness. The ding was poorly fixed as well. I am out of multiple days of pay at work and we spent good money to get the cars detailed not cleaned. ”

“Wow! Amazing! Did a wonderful job - inside and out. The carpets, weather liners, top carpets, bed... Just fantastic! He didn't mention, but when I opened the hood - the engine shines! Also - my dog (he's doing fine now) had an accident and I had to rush him to the vet emergency. The blood from taking him is gone. Thank You - I will be recommending you folks to friends and neighbors!”

“I have really good experience with car detailing.com. but today I am sorry to say I didn't like the cleaning. It don't even look like that car is cleaned by professionall. All the air vents, between the seats still cruise are there, car boot is still dirty, car door opening handles still dirty, center compartment inside console not even cleaned, glove box still dirty, screws by the steering wheel still full off dirt. Not even single thing look professionally cleaned. Worst service I got. In the past I love this service. By looking today. Worst one I have got. ”

He was also a great listener and intuited that I needed some guidance managing my dog’s shedding in the future, so he took the time to provide examples of specific products, including the various places that stock them.
