“The technicians showed up on time and were very friendly and easy to chat with. They did not rush the service at all and overall I am happy with the results. The carpets were impeccable, and the hard and soft surfaces inside my car were very well wiped down and clean. The one downside of the service is none of my windows including the windshield had been cleaned. The sun set during the detailing service and unfortunately my battery was run dead so I didn’t notice the windows until later that evening when I could jump my vehicle and drive it somewhere. I tipped well so the windows still being dirty was a bummer. Everything else was very well done. ”

“The guy who came to clean our car immediately said “it’s $300 just to clean the BioWaste and doesn’t include the interior detail” and we said well that’s what was quoted and told to us, he went on about how this is a third party and how they quoted us wrong. So even though he wiped somethings down he didn’t do a full interior detail. The smells of poop also still lingers in our car and it makes us worried if he just cleaned the top but didn’t fully sanitize or deep clean the cushions. Not only that but he finished in 1 hour! How does that make sense???”
