“I was told the technician would arrive around 1:15 PM but then when 1:15 arrived I was told he wouldn't be there until 2:00PM. There were things I had to do that I didn't do while expecting him at 1:15 and then when this was extended to 2:00PM these things were further delayed. The service was very good and I learned not expect to do other things except wait for the technician.”
