“Our tech was a nice guy but arrived 20 minutes late after already delaying our appointment by an hour as we were waiting for him to arrive. He only cleaned the front seat and dash board of the suburban. He did not clean the interior glass anywhere in the vehicle.
I laid the second row seats down so that he could easily reach the third row. Pointless because he didn’t even clean the 3rd row and he didn’t set the second row back up to vacuum and wipe them down. So disappointed and such a waste of time and money. ”

“The outside needed attention after it was finished around the tires, bumpers and lights.
The inside still shows some fuss so I guess it’s not deep “detail” cleaning in this package. Overall it was ok. I might need to try platinum because gold doesn’t seem worth it. ”

“Not detailed enough, dirty rims and door jambs. Carpets and seats not steam cleaned ,paid extra for it tech didn’t have car shampoo or even a bucket to wash Jeep Used wood furniture polish , really.
Cheap products purchased from 99 cent store no buffer used to apply paste wax. Spray wax was used Cheap products!”
