“Technician (Age?Arch?) was totally unprofessional (called me sweet heart?!?!?), and was very umproper on the phone. The detail was very poor and unsatisfying (he did first polish the leather seat and THEN VACCUM IT???!!!...car is stick and doenst look.clean at all! Very, very bad first experience! Jennifer on costumer service was very good, tough...something was good!”

“Just wish my carpet could have been a little cleaner. And maybe the back of the back seat this just some black marks on it I'm not sure if she could get it off but that could have been a little cleaner overall very satisfied”
