“I feel bad that I am submitting this so long after the fact. The guy that came to detail my car was absolutely amazing. He did such a miraculous job. I was so grateful for his hard work and effort because the car had been really put through some rough times and he made it look brand new inside. If I could give a 10/5 rating I would. “The detailer showed up and right off the bat his awning broke, so shade was at a minimum. Had to move car to acquire shade. Then he ran out of time and shade so the drivers side, and various parts of car did not get proper attention. He had a couple other problems and spent quite a bit of time. He said he would be back on Tuesday, but haven't heard anything and it's Wednesday late afternoon 1 week later. I feel I didn't receive the service I paid for. ”
