“Stains on windows, and I asked before booking service (if they could be removed and the answer was 'yes',) were not removed. It was explained they are actually acid stains and will not come off. The 'person' I spoke with should have said this..before booking.
Rest is right on.”

“The technician did a great job. Worked hard. My 1st couple of appointments had to be cancelled due to weather and I was not notified ( which caused me to sit for hours waiting for a tech that wasn't coming). That was not a good experience.”

“ So I liked the gentlemen that provided the service for my three vehicles today. They did a good job. My question to you, car detailing.com, is can you send them every two weeks for me? Reason I ask is I didn't know that the gentleman work for their own company. So not to be sour but when you ask how you guys did today, it should be how SHINE Mobile Detail Service did today. All you guys did was scheduled them to come out to my house. A little misleading I must say. So once again unless you can guarantee them two to come out on a every other week basis which I don't think you can I think I'd rather have their service provide me what I need. Not you guys. Thanks. ”
