“Everything was vacuumed and the stain spots addressed. The interior was not shampooed as was quoted and stated at the time of visit. The windshield was not touched once. I wiped things off myself after reviewing the work, there were several surfaces untouched. For my first detailing experience I am disappointed and paid too much. ”

“Interior compartments ie; console compartments and Glove compartments were omitted. Two rescheduled TAs and the last scheduled TA by 3pm was 1 hour late. Tech was on the phone with his mom half the time. Several missed spots inside including the windows.”
