“My confirmed appointment was between 10 and 1 on Monday. Around 9 we were told there was an equipment problem and a team would show around 2. That team couldn't make it. We were asked if Tuesday morning would work, and we agreed. The technician, Julian was very friendly and professional. He did the best he could, and I would definitely have him back to detail our 2 cars. But I won't use detail.com. The pricing is a little on the high end for the service provided (which includes the rescheduling).”
