“- Payment system needs attention … had to changed methods of rendering payment, when tech showed-up, or risk being charged multiple times.
- $175 “mandatory tip” on a $275 “detail service?” Really?
- Access to water was not required according to “booking procedures,” but Tech charges extra to do “waterless,” when they show-up
- Tech completely missed inside of passenger front windshield … “finger-drag” film visible
- Tech “up-sold” us on buffing, then rushed thru the job, leaving over-spray everywhere.”
