“Two kids show up, one of them in a sling. He said he dislocated both shoulders last week in a motocross accident.
There were brown spots on the seats that weren't there before I had it cleaned. His response was, ""That happens when it's wet, but it'll go away when it dries."
Last - the liner wasn't scrubbed at all. His response was because he couldn't lift his arms to scrub it. He claims that the other kid did it, but it was bone dry.
Why is this kid working if he's injured? I am positive that the owner of the company would never let somebody work if he knew he had an injury. That's a liability. He took a check and I wrote it in his name: 'Tanner Williams'. I'm not sure if I was supposed to do that, but that's what he told me to do.
I did inform Jon through the live chat, so it should be fixed shortly.
I received a high recommendation to use your company, and it's sad that it's come to this.

“I paid for the Platinum package however the leather seats were not cleaned and conditioned the headlights were not restored they did not clean the headliner the engine compartment was not clean and the carpets and floor mats so I would like a refund”
