“My original appointment was cancelled by the company so I had to reschedule. The technician showed up 30 min late past the 9am-12 window. He did NOT bring the truck which provided water and electricity which I SPECIFICALLY asked for. Not a happy customer. ”

“The van looks great. I asked about waxing the exterior and said that the spray he used contained polimar wax. I asked if he could hand wax which he did however the roof did not get wax. He was more than happy to do the hand wax. That would have raised the rating to 5 if it had been done.”
