“The actual service was very very good, however the administrative service was not satisfactory as I had to make several phone calls to verify the appointment and when the designated time for them to arrive came and went I again called to find out what happened and when they would arrive. I was informed they running about 3.5 hours late and someone would call me back at 2:30 to advised if they would be arriving at 3:30, however no phone call came. Instead at aprox 3:40 I received a call from Fabio (i believe) requesting info on my whereabouts and I successfully guided him to my residence. My next issue is with my receipt as it does not reflect the tax amount I paid on my credit card along with the 285 dollars. The Fabio (?) and his compatriot were friendly, helpful and professional.”
