“I had my car cleaned by you guys I kept getting messages and I just left it alone but when I I talked to one of your customer service providers today and he told me I should let you guys know so the service I was provided by your company it was the worst service I have ever seen a car detailing company they didn’t even clean my windows where your Shifting Boot there was liquid and a piece of a straw down inside the shift boot he didn’t even wipe that down the stereo knobs still had Graham on the turn signal still had Graham on at the steering wheel was dirty the carpet was dirty the front seat still has dirt on it my car was dirty but that’s why I hired the company to clean it I have numerous pictures of the quality of work that I received and if that wasn’t enough the guy that was working on my car I I believe”

“I requested and paid for the gold package which includes clay bar and hand wax but the gentleman used spray car wash with absolutely no clay or wax! He used the same rag first from my tires then in the body of my truck! Very disappointed!”
