“Good morning. The carpet looks great but has been more than 12 hours and is still wet. I pay for full service detail and think is right I have to deal with this. Can't drive around with wet carpet and wet seats ”

“Scheduled appt. was over 2.5 hrs late, post inspection of vehicle revealed areas that were not cleaned I.e. Sunroof area, rear tail lights not "shiny", probably would not utilize this service again. Had to remind detailed to clean & condition seats, which I still question if that were done”
