“The condition of the car was good. It was better than before definitely, however I am unhappy with the completeness of the job. The center console was not completely cleaned. The back cargo area was not cleaned well. The edges and corners of inner compartments were still dirty/dusty/crumbs. I feel the attention to “detail” was not very good. ”

“The young man that came out the 2nd time worked VERY hard to make it right. He tried repeatedly to remove the smears from the windshield but I think he didn't have the tools he needed to get the job done properly. I had to provide him with a ladder to reach the center of the roof and windshield. I would have given HIM a 5 but the company needs to either provide the workers with the proper tools whether it be physical tools or training. ”
