“The main reason for the low score is I don't think I got everything I paid for. Your technician showed up in a car with equipment stuff in the back truck area. Then ask for the keys to my vehicle and took it to a local car wash to wash it. I'm not sure if my car got hand wax from bumper to bumper and the engine bay was not touched. (I can send picture to prove it.. Also, it took your technician roughly 1..5 hours to complete the task to include driving to the local car wash. I would greatly appreciate if your management would give me a call to talk about compensation or sending someone different to finish the job I paid for. My number is 301-481-4941..
By the way, I have another vehicle (2008 Honda Accord) being service RIGHT NOW by one of your technician. The service is like night and day from your last technician. He's doing an outstanding job so far and providing me the service I'm paying for.
