“Emmanuel was AMAZING! After the disastrous first group., Emmanuel made it up for them. I hope that he gets paid additional. He spent a long time fixing their errors. He said that they missed so much and was shocked when I told him they were done with 2 cars in 2 1/4 hours. He spent 6 1/2 hours at my house doing one full car, and 2 “touch ups”. They had to be almost completely redone. Emmanuel deserves double pay. I tipped him a large tip for his work. He was kind on top of it all. He needs to be rewarded by your company!! He plus a HUGE asset to your company and I am now very satisfied. If someone asks if I would refer your company, the answer is now yes, as long as you get Emmanuel. ”

“My car looks UNBELIEVABLE! I didn’t think they’d be able to get all the stains out, but they did! I mean I had. Oil stain on the back seat from, grease (food) stain up front. They look brand new! Customer service was a little lacking, had to move my appointment time to a different day, and I tried asking about after care- how long the seats would take to dry and was told 2 hours.. then received the after service email saying it will take 48 hours.. so I wish I was told that when I asked (and before I sat in the car 3 hours later..) But my car came out SO BEAUTIFULLY, I would still recommend and will use in the future if needed! ”

“Wheels where not touched, door jams, under hood and trunk not done, I had to wipe up the splatter that got through the openings. I was busy and did not inspect the job, when I did get to inspection the splatter had set up and was hard to get off. I was not able to get an area on the driver door around the hinges.. There was something on the hood that I had pointed out, that was still there. ”
