“The gentleman working on my car was great. However, he ran out of daylight due to delays at this previous appointment. He requested to come back in the morning to finish and I said of course. His boss however would not allow it. So then he had to rush to finish in the dark. Leaving the exterior not finished to same level as interior. To be clear. The worker himself did an excellent job and should have been allowed to finish in the morning. ”

“Took an hour and half longer than expected. what was cleaned and detailed was pretty good. Some fabric in the cargo area appears to have been damaged by a powered cleaning tool, fabric was completely removed from my driver side floor mat, seats still had standing dirt on them. Tech was polite and arrived on time. Overall, for almost $300 and 3 hours of detailing, I feel that the quality could have gone further to reflect the cost”

“They were very nice and willing to wait 20 min for me to get back home from dropping my kids at daycare. There were still some little pieces of debris in the carpets and scrubbable material in the trunk. ”
