“The guys that did the detailing were great, very friendly and had good communication. However when it came to quality of the work it did not match their enthusiasm. There was overspray on a lot of areas from the cleaner they used and then clearly did not clean that area. There were clear wipe marks where they did clean. They missed large areas (back of the 2 front seats, underneath the bench 3rd row) did not use any airfreshner, so while I knew to leave windows cracked to allow the carpets to dry, the next morning there was still a very strong cleaner/chemical smell in the car.”
