“After completing the task of detailing my vehicle, several things were not done and therefore I expect it to be redone properly or refund 60% of the fee paid for this service. 1. Car was never hand dried after wash. 2. Car was never clay bar’d after or during wash. 3. Car seats weee never removed to properly clean dry front seats. 4. I was charged extra for dog hair service but never did I ever see your worker use more than a vacuum to clean the car. I would expect the floor to be brushed to clean properly. 5. The truck was poorly clean and only vacuumed. 6. The entire car was spot waxed using the spray wax, but I expected the entire painted areas to be waxed as stated. 7. All door panels, floor panels and dash was simply wiped and never polished at least with Armour protective covering. 8. At no time did I see any headliner cleaning on the roof of the car inside. 9. Finally, at no time was the inside front windshield and inside rear windshield was cleaned or even wiped to reflect being cleaned. Therefore, I would expect the extra dog hair cleaning charge be returned and that 50% of the initial service fees agreed upon for doing a poor detailed job on my vehicle. Otherwise, I would expect someone to come back today or by tomorrow to redo the entire car again and provide the service I paid for in full. I even tipped the worker being courteous but don’t let that assume I inspected the vehicle before he left. Feel free to contact me at 816-536-8902 to discuss. ”

“A lot of paint still on carpet. Paint on seat wasn’t even touched. If he couldn’t do the job, he should have just said so. I could have bought new carpet for a little more than what I paid for this. Not sure what the typical time is for work to be completed but paying for extra time and he was only here an hour and 45 minutes. I won’t use this service again.”
