“Car is still dirty, mold was NOT removed , stains on seat that should be easy to get out not done, jams not wiped out, water and crud in ashtray, gas cover not even touched, vents not touched, etc. ”

“1. Didn't empty easy trash
2. Console still had obvious dirt in it
3. I could do spit/wipe on several Surfaces that weren't cleaned
4. They tried to charge me $139 instead of agreed to $129.
5. Nice kids. Disappointed nonetheless. Just got out of hospital and I was expecting a bit better for the price. Appreciate your coming out tho. ”

“Valentine did a professional job. My car was spotless in and out. NO STREAkS on the windows or mirrors. Dirt removed from the roof and door jams. Unfortunately he did the redo because the first crew of 2 did such an awful job. Unable to accurately assess the cleanliness of the car due to an overcast sky, I gave the initial crew a 40 dollar tip. This tip should be given to Valentine. ”
