“Another detailer would have been better. All my glass and mirrors are streaked as though they were wiped with a dirty towel. My door sills and jambs had not been cleaned. The car does not look as though it was buffed or polished. I will go back and read for what I should have expected for almost three hundred dollars. This was a birthday gift from my daughter and definitely does not live up to the results she got on her car. I gave this young man a $25.00 tip. He did not give us his best. I DO NOT want him returning to my property or have any communication with him.”

“On July 10th, 2025 I had a full detail service done. I noticed that the tech was wiping my windows down with a dirty towel, instead of using a clean towel. The tech was doing the detailing inside of our warehouse and I wouldn't have known if he wasn't inside the building detailing. Once I left, I noticed the mirrors and windows were streaked so bad it was very noticeable. I had to take glass cleaner & a clean cloth to clean them off myself. The inside of the windows were the same, streaky. Very disappointed. I should have done this myself instead of paying $329”
