“Requested removal of vinyl decals, I was not called regarding extra cost nor did the technician arrive prepared to perform the work. So it didn't get done which was the main reason I hired a detailer. Work was sub par, for $230 the truck should have been ready for the concourse, instead I had to have the technician rework the stains in the upholstery and clean the rain groove in the trunk. There are a lot of spots that I am finding that are still dirty. ”
