“If it were a grading scale, I would give this a solid "B" or perhaps a "B+". Car looked great, overall. Edges of the cup holders and not shampooing the cargo carpet was why it was not an "A". ”

Unlike any other service I have been provided in the past, this person worked with delight on what he did and paid close attention to detail. I strongly recommend his work. Sorry, I did not ask his name, but he seems to be from Africa. Oh, and he was very punctual too. He did the silver package on my two cars, one of which was very dirty inside. I would hire him again, without hesitation.”

“I asked for a 10-12 window for the work; I was sent an apptment with arrival between 12:30-1:30. The young man arrived at 9:30. It was OK because we had arranged to have the car at the house all day on Wednesday, but had we decided to work within the timeframe given, the car would not have been at the house until 12:30.”

“I WAS PURCHASING THE SILVER DETAILING FOR MY BOYFRIEND AS A SURPRISE. I GAVE THE TECH AND OFC ALL MY INFO AHEAD OF TIME. ASKING THE TECH NOT TO TAKE ANY MONEY FROM MY BOYFRIEND I EVEN INCLUDED A $20 TIP BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE. I GOT A CALL FROM MY BOYFRIEND AFTER THE TECH WAS DONE AND HE HAD TOLD ME THAT HE HAD PAID THE TECH AN EXTRA $37 TO SHAMPOO THE CARPETS ON THE INSIDE. THE TOP OF THE CAR AND THE HOOD OF THE CAR WERENT ALL DONE THERE WAS STILL SPOTS ON THEM. THE WINDOWS WERENT FINISHED EITHER AND ALL STREAKED UP ON THE INSIDE. NOT ALL THE DOOR JAMS WERE CLEANED OFF THERE WAS STILL DIRT ON THEM. THE INSIDE THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY SHAMPOOED WAS STILL DIRTY NOT TOO MENTION VERY VERY WET. THE ASHTRAY WASNT EVEN CLEANED THERE WAS STILL DEBRIS ON THE DASHBOARD AND CONTROL PANEL OF THE CAR. SOME OF THE WORK HE DID WAS AWESOME BUT THEN THERE WAS A LOT NOT DONE OR DONE HALF ASS. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE WHEN PAYING ALMOST $140 WHEN THE THINGS WRONG SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WITH THE $79 SERVICE .”
