“Windows were not done well. When I took car out in the evening every streak and swipe showed. The deck hood on my truck was not done well . I was very surprised that there was no hand wax applied. I was told two coats of a liquid wax. I gave a substantial tip based on the appearance in the sunlight. I was much too generous. ”

“The detailer did a good job, but seem some what disturbed. He was always yelling and not acting quite right and a couple of our neighbors were some what scared to let their kids out.”

“The guy did not clean the engine area of my vehicle. Also saw lots of spots of algae/moss that he missed on the small tight spots and did not clean the mud flaps which had dirt/mud on my vehicle. ”
