“Everything was wrong. Car was not clean at all. Technician Does Not understand what detailing means. Too much price for too little value. Never use these service again”

“I’ve had my car detailed many times before and this was an average job comparatively, for quite a bit more (the last job was $185 for our minivan. I don’t think it was the fault of the cleaner, who was by himself, but the tools he had were not as sophisticated as I have seen in the past and he didn’t seem to have all of the necessary skills and equipment. He was kind and respectful, but I would not book this service again and regret not waiting until the other team was available (I went with someone new due to a time crunch). Again, Michael was very pleasant and did a decent job, but this was not a “platinum” level service by any stretch of the imagination. ”
