“The technician was supposed to arrive at 1:30, but didn't actually show up until 2:20. His communication was poor and I could barely understand him on the phone. The vehicles are clean and look much better than before, but it looks like the technician threw trash and other items from inside the vehicles on the ground around the vehicles. ”
