“I couldn't give you a 5 because of all the schedule changes”

“The job wasn’t finished, only vacuumed the inside with the one stain I asked removed. I had to argue with the “boss” for 30 mins because the detailer didn’t speak english well and misheard me saying not to detail the outside. I refused to pay the premium offered for half the job and wanted the complete detail done. It was bad enough the detailer showed up 3 hours late. The $110 price was agreed on after arguing in the heat. This was all very unprofessional and never again.”
