“When I did my first rating everything seemed to be fine. The exterior of my car looks awesome and the seats on the inside look good. As I was putting my new seat covers in my car, I notice a great number of spots that were not cleaned either thoroughly or not at all. To be frank I did a better job at wiping everything down myself. My cup holders were not even cleaned there was still ash in them from before I got my car cleaned.”
