“I had to reschedule twice. The technician refused to follow directions to my apartment forcing me to waste time and gas to pick him up. He then proceeded to arrive 3 hours late to the time we agreed upon. Then when they finally clean my car I got an at best mediocre service with dirt under the seats and multiple stains left on the seats”
