“I was expecting an auto detailing. But it was just a good car wash job. They left some small areas still dirty such as the door jambs. I didn't check the interior throughly but I hope it okay. I asked them to remove the door trims but they said they could not remove the adhesive in case they damage the paint. I agree with them but I thought they are the pros that I expect they know more than I do. I guess they used leather conditioner. The spell of it destroyed the cars original leather spell. I wish they used scent less conditioners. I am not sure if there are original leather scent conditioners. Overall I think they did an okay job but not impressive. Maybe I am expecting too much from them. ”

“Amazing customer service. My technician was awesome, and I rarely say that about customer service. He was on time, did a terrific job and made it a seamless and excellent experience.
