“Tech didn’t have cable he needed to use machine that removes odor. Said he would be back the next week. Never heard from him again. Why spray ‘Nu car leather’ spray on cloth seats when I instructed him to just vacuum them?”

“Overall the technition did a good job. Difficult to communicate with person who does not speak english. Also laid floor mats in grass for extended period on 95 degree day which killed grass at multiple locations. My yard/grass is/was prestine and now has multiple yellow mat patches. Ugh!!”
